To be honest we are rather off the wall!
I know that sounds like a strange comment to make when trying to encourage you to use our services but as Mum always says honesty is the best & only way forward.
In fact in this job it is a major prerequisite. How else would we be able to keep coming up with new and exciting ways to develop, improve & motivate your teams?

He commented that he wasn’t sure if he was going to win, but that he was going to run it in 9,58 sec (world record time). He did exactly what he said he would. Everybody else in that race ended up chasing Bolt.
KPA’s are one of those necessities in life that we all love to hate. Unfortunately this is reflected in the way most staff in most companies approaches them.
We all know it impossible to run a successful company, project or any other process without targets and means to assess if we are on track.
At B A TEAM we address the focus on KPA’s from an excellence rather then a competition mindset. We use KPA’s as milestones rather then measurements and we turn goals into achievable outcomes, rather then necessary evils.
